What do people in Stoke think about breast and lung cancer?
Due to work changes Louise and Rod who have support the team over the last few years have moved on and can no longer support the programme. Thank you both for your hard work and the support you have given the programme. The teams will miss you both and we all wish you the best in the future.

Since April the team has taken on Prostate cancer in addition to the other three cancers which they talk about. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and the team has found at stalls and events men are really interested in knowing more about this cancer. A big big thank you goes to our new prostate cancer star “Norman” who has kindly agreed to be the face of the prostate leaflet. Our message wouldn’t be as powerful as it is without the support of people like Norman behind us.
Since the start of 2011 the teams have been busy promoting cancer all over Stoke on Trent. New volunteers have also joined in to help us to spread the message. The team has now spoken to over 8,000 people ,which is fantastic. The teams have also highlighted key places in Stoke onTrent where they would like to target first which include factories, shopping centres and markets. Well done team – keep up the excellent work you do!
